Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Coordinate onboarding and training for new employees.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong desire to learn and grow in the HR field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently with a sense of urgency.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
