Project Controls/Cost Accountant, Ohio

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Project Controls/Cost Accountant to work in the Toledo, OH area for a leading construction/contracting company. Our client is seeking a highly driven, detail oriented person to join their growing Project Controls team. This role will be focused on project setups, forecasting, budgets and supporting project financial planning. The associate will work closely with the Accounting Department and project team.

• Collaborate with the project team to set up project and budgets in accounting software.

• Develop and maintain cost reports for accurate monthly reporting.

• Conduct monthly cost reviews with project team to assist with job cost tracking, profitability projections and investigation of any variances.

• Generate weekly equipment reports and process equipment charges appropriately.

• Review cost coding on employee timesheets and correct/set-up as appropriate.
