Plant Controller;

Manage and mentor accounting staff.

Responsible to manage all financial oversight of plant operations to include; financial planning, performance analysis and reporting, preparation of monthly and annual P&L statements, balance sheets, general ledger and cost accounting activities, capital and operating budget development, statutory reporting for the division. Provide business analysis to understand manufacturing variance, variable and fixed costs, impacts of productivity improvements and capital investments.

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Strong background in financial analysis, cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Strong manufacturing experience.
