Financial Advisor
role is focused on delivering high-quality advice, managing relationships, and being a key contributor to client experience.

Salary range for this position will be $100K-$150K depending on experience and credentials

What You'll Do
Develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans (cash flow, tax strategies, investments, retirement, estate planning, risk management)
Conduct in-depth client discovery meetings to understand goals and priorities
Guide clients through implementation alongside internal support teams
Meet regularly with clients to review, update, and refine plans
Monitor portfolios to ensure alignment with client strategies
Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver well-rounded advice
Delegate non-advisory tasks to maximize efficiency
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM
Participate in client events and contribute to an exceptional client experience
Contribute to firm initiatives and recommend process improvements
Bring a collaborative, team-first approach to the organization
What We're Looking For
Experience in financial services (planning, banking, investments, insurance, etc.)
Strong client relationship and communication skills
Analytical and detail-oriented
Team-oriented with a high standard of professionalism
