**Qualifications:**- BS- Mechanical or Architectural Engineering; or relevant technical degree and experience
- Over 3 years of professional experience in mechanical (HVAC) building design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD MEP and HVAC load calculation/modeling software like Trane Trace or Carrier HAP
- PE License preferred, or willingness to attain
- Strong passion for sustainability and innovation in design
- Experience with Revit and LEED Accreditation are pluses
- Strong communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Valid US driver's license and ability to access construction sites
