Responsibilities:

Support the Client R&D Finance team with Purchase Order Management.

Follow up with stakeholders regarding purchase orders, goods receipts, and vendor invoices.

Run and distribute system-generated reports.

Attend monthly Accounts Payable meetings and follow up on unresolved issues.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Senior Finance Analyst and Finance Manager.

 

Pay Rate: $19.28/Hour

 

Required Qualifications:

Prior experience in accounting, banking, or purchasing.

Strong attention to detail.

Effective communication skills.
