This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and strong work ethic.
Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of
$76,669
and we are offering a
$5,000 sign-on bonus
for a limited time.
Job Details:
$0.53-$0.58 per mile
Detention pay: $20 per hour
Drop and hook pay: $35 per stop
Live load/unload: $62 per stop
Hazmat pay: $25 per load
Refrigerated: $30 per load
Driver assist event: $25 per load
Empty moves: $20 per load
Equipment cleaning: $20 per hour
Mechanical breakdown pay: $20 per hour
Rail delay pay: $20 per hour
Refused delivery: $35 per stop
TONU: $20 per event
Yard checks: $15 per hour
Layover: $200 per day
Safety training and mandatory meeting pay per hour: $20
New hire training pay: $20 per hour
Holiday pay: $200 per day????????????????????
Frequent home time

In addition to the number of activities completed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include, but are not limited to, training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week.
This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable.
