Title: Lead Social Worker LCSW

Job Type: FTE/Permanent

Shifts/Schedule: 8-hour, Day shifts

Job Description:

Under general supervision, the Lead Licensed Clinical Social Worker performs all duties of the Licensed Clinical Social Worker, including but not limited to providing psychosocial assessments, counseling, information, and referral to inpatients and outpatients and their families, while collaborating with medical and paramedical staff.

Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree from an accredited School of Social Work

Clinical Social Worker License or Marriage and Family Therapist License upon hire

5 years of experience as a Master of Social Work

4 years of experience in a healthcare setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

4 years of supervisory/management experience in a social agency.
