About the Role
The Company is in search of a hands-on Controller / Head of Finance to take on a pivotal role in building and leading its internal finance function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and stabilizing accounting operations, partnering with external resources to enhance financial processes, and establishing accurate and timely monthly financials.
In the near term, the focus will be on improving visibility into cash flow and working capital, as well as identifying and addressing gaps in processes, controls, and systems.
In the longer term, the role will involve building budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting, providing leadership with financial insights, and supporting operational decision-making across departments.
The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have over 10 years' of progressive accounting and finance experience, with a strong preference for those who have worked in healthcare or similarly complex, multi-entity environments.
The role requires a proven ability to build or rebuild financial processes and infrastructure, and the candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
Comfort with operating in ambiguity, driving change, and being a strong communicator with a collaborative, no-ego approach is essential.
