Position Summary We are seeking a responsible and attentive Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests in and around the pool area. This individual will monitor aquatic activities, enforce safety rules, and respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations while providing a positive and welcoming environment.Key Responsibilities Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers

Enforce all pool rules and regulations in a professional and courteous manner

Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid, CPR, or rescue assistance as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pool deck environment

Conduct routine safety inspections of pool equipment and facilities

Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with members and guests

Complete incident reports accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications Current Lifeguard Certification (Red Cross or equivalent) required

CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required

Minimum of 1 year of lifeguarding experience preferred

Valid driver’s license required

Strong observational and decision-making skills

Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment&Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and remain alert for extended periods

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Ability to swim proficiently and perform physical rescue duties

Schedule Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Compensation Competitive hourly rate based on experience
