Air Export Operations Specialist (MAWB Consolidations) Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Air Export Operations Specialist to manage MAWB consolidations across assigned trade lanes. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Air Transport Association (ATA) process, ensuring efficient cargo movement, regulatory compliance, and high standards of customer service.Key Responsibilities Manage and process MAWB consolidations for assigned trade lanes, covering all aspects of the ATA process Prepare, handle, and validate all documentation required for air export consolidations Coordinate bookings with carriers and optimize cargo consolidations for efficiency and cost-effectivenessEnsure timely cargo movement and delivery to the airport through continuous communication with warehouse teams and truck dispatch Track and trace shipments, monitor status, and proactively address delays or service irregularities Collaborate closely with regional air export teams to ensure seamless operational executionMaintain accurate and timely updates in reporting tools and operational systems Monitor vendor performance and contribute to maintaining strong vendor relationships Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring data integrity and quality standards Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and customer-specific requirementsSupport departmental and organizational objectives by meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) Qualifications and Experience Prior operational experience in the air freight industry required Experience in one or more of the following environments preferred: Freight forwarder air export gateway operations Airline operations Warehouse operations Ground Handling Agent (GHA) operationsStrong understanding of air export processes and documentation requirements High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills What We Offer Weekly Pay Benefits include; health, vision&dental plans Opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced logistics environment Collaborative team culture with regional exposure Career development and growth opportunities Base Pay: 26.00 per HOUR Job Number: 1288119 Employee Type: Temp to Hire, Full Time
