Accounting Assistant Details:
Contract to Hire position
$ ***** / annually
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
GL, Financial Reporting and other Accounting related tasks
Assisting subsidiary entity's accounting functions including monthly closing activities
Accounting Assistant Qualifications:
2 or more years of work experience in Accounting preferably both AP and AR
2 or more years of Oracle experience preferred, or other business accounting software such as AS400 or SAP
AR collection experience
Advanced level knowledge in MS Excel
Bilingual Spanish a plus, but not required
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
