Recent ambulatory surgery/endoscopy experience (within past 2 years)

EPIC experience

Perform routine assignments and develop competence through structured work tasks. Responsible for assessing, coordinating, delivering, and evaluating nursing care, which includes direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care. Deliver holistic and individualized care to all patients in the assigned area. Develop, implement, and manage an optimal interdisciplinary plan of care that incorporates psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors. Foster and maintain collaborative relationships between patients, their family/support group, physicians, and other healthcare providers through timely and effective communication.
