Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Job Duties:
Provide direct care to patients in an inpatient setting, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Perform comprehensive assessments, evaluate patient history, and use diagnostic reasoning to develop treatment plans for a variety of conditions.
Administer interventions, manage medications, and provide patient education on managing chronic conditions and improving their overall health and wellness.
Act as a key advocate for patients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive high-quality, compassionate care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including attending physicians, specialists, and nurses, to optimize patient care and outcomes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to hospital protocols and healthcare regulations.
Engage in ongoing learning and training opportunities to stay at the forefront of healthcare innovations and best practices.
Requirements
Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner in California with an active, unrestricted license. Board certification in your specialty area is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting. Previous inpatient care experience is highly desirable.
Advanced clinical skills and knowledge of hospital-based patient care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure, handle critical situations, and make quick decisions.
Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to patient care.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing healthcare environment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred.
