We are looking for a Systems Administrator with hands-on experience in Microsoft-based environments to support an innovative IT infrastructure. This role requires extensive expertise in 365/Azure virtualization (VMWare), and PowerShell scripting. The position is on-site in Somerset, NJ,
Responsibilities:

Manage and support enterprise Microsoft-based infrastructure

Work with 365/Azure, VMWare for virtualization needs. The environment is a hybrid/mixed mode, combining on-premises and virtual.

Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.

Handle the demands of a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, which is a high-availability 24/7 production company

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments ( 10+ years preferred).

Strong expertise in Windows Server environments.

Certifications (Microsoft, VMware, etc.) are a plus but not required.

Experience integrating Zscaler with identity management systems, directories, and other enterprise tools is highly desirable.

Scripting/API experience is preferred.

Manage, configure, and support web filtering, URL categorization, firewall, and SSL inspection a nice-to-have

Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
