Description

• Join an expanding team focused on productivity architecture and engineering.

• Work with artificial intelligence and modern productivity systems.

• Guide standard configurations and propose technical solutions.

• Ensure long-term configurations adhere to compliance baselines and standards.

• Interact directly with all stakeholders, including project, security, and compliance teams.

• Communicate effectively with technical and customer-focused teams.

• Contribute to operational excellence through engineering artifacts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering efforts with a focus on operational sustainability and resiliency.

• Configure AI-driven customer interactions to support evolving services.

• Educate team members on technology practices and standardization strategies.

• Provide engineering support for security and compliance development.

• Mentor team members and assist with problem escalation.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in architecture and engineering across cloud services with a focus on AI.

• Expert-level knowledge of AI and modeling services, both cloud and on-premises.

• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and scripting.

• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.

• Ability to work effectively independently and with teams.

• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication abilities.

• Relevant certifications in security and enterprise administration.
