Job Title: Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant

Location: Princeton, NJ (Remote)

Job Description:

To support the successful configuration and implementation of Workday Advanced Compensation through the full lifecycle of our upcoming merit and bonus cycle, concluding with a mock run.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance on configuration design decisions

Present and evaluate options, trade-offs, and implications

Recommend best practices based on past implementation experience

Convert our business requirements and compensation processes into scalable Workday configuration

Ensure alignment between business goals and system design

Assist in configuring Workday Advanced Compensation modules

Support system testing and validation

Identify and resolve configuration issues

Prepare updated job aids aligned with new processes

Support the development of role-based training materials for end users

Certifications required:

Certified in Workday Advanced Compensation

Proven experience with Advanced Compensation configuration and end-to-end cycle execution

Background in similar-scale implementations, providing strategic and technical insight

You should be Certified on Advanced Compensation
