About the Role

We’re seeking a Family Law & General Practice Attorney to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated attorney with experience—or a strong interest—in family law and general litigation. Whether you’re looking for full-time work or a flexible, part-time schedule, we can accommodate the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence cases

Draft motions, pleadings, settlement agreements, and legal correspondence

Appear in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations

Maintain strong communication and personalized support for clients

Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy and case management

Stay current on New Jersey family law statutes and procedures

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

J.D. and active New Jersey Bar license

Experience or strong interest in family law or general litigation

Excellent litigation, negotiation, and client communication skills

Comfortable with frequent courtroom appearances and direct client interaction

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and case management systems
