Medical Receptionist, Levittown, NY

A Medical Practice is seeking a proactive and adaptable Medical Receptionist to join our high-energy, fast-paced team. This is a Temp-to-Hire position (40 hours per week) designed for individuals looking for a "career-track" role with opportunities to grow into specialized areas like Medical Billing or Surgery Coordination. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, managing the front-office flow with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities

• Patient Coordination: Oversee seamless check-in and check-out processes.
• Financial Duties: Perform insurance verification and accurate co-pay collection.

• Communication: Handle heavy phone lines, focusing on efficient scheduling and accurate message routing.

• Clinical Liaison: Act as a bridge between patients and clinical staff to provide quick responses to ENT-specific inquiries, including hearing aid appointments, allergy shots, and surgery scheduling.

• Regional Support: Coordinate administrative needs across our Levittown, RVC, and Old Brookville locations.
