About the Role
We are partnering with a leading insurance and financial services organization to identify a dynamic VP Data Management & Governance.
This executive will establish and oversee an enterprise-wide data-governance framework, driving integrity, compliance, and accountability across all data assets.
Develop and enforce enterprise data governance policies and standards.
Lead initiatives for data ownership, classification, and lifecycle management.
Ensure data quality, privacy, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR).
Oversee metadata management, data catalogs, and lineage documentation.
Chair governance councils and collaborate with security and engineering leaders.
Foster a culture of data stewardship and informed decision-making.
***** years in data governance/management, with leadership experience.
Expertise in data privacy, compliance, and governance tools.
Bachelor's / Master's in MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
CDMP or DM-BOK certification preferred.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
