Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a Principal Consultant with strong project management expertise and technical knowledge to lead strategic consulting engagements.
This role focuses on HRIS and cloud-based software implementations, particularly SuccessFactors EC Payroll, while ensuring effective stakeholder management and governance compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end projects, including scope definition, planning, execution, and delivery.
Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to ensure successful outcomes.
Oversee timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
Drive problem-solving and decision-making to resolve challenges promptly.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and governance principles.
Collaborate with stakeholders to foster engagement and manage expectations.
Support change management initiatives to drive user adoption of new systems and processes.
Required Qualifications
Project Management Expertise:
8+ years of experience managing end-to-end projects, preferably HRIS or cloud-based software implementations (SuccessFactors EC Payroll).
Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
Proven ability in planning, execution, risk management, and quality assurance.
Budget and resource management experience.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Expertise in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
Understanding of change management principles.
Other Requirements:
Adaptability and flexibility to changing project needs.
Location preference: Princeton (majority of project members are based here).
Experience in the insurance industry (7+ years) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps (8+ years).
SuccessFactors product knowledge (Employee Central, EC Payroll) and integration expertise.
Understanding of SAP ecosystem and data migration strategies.
Familiarity with data cleansing and quality processes.
