We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support daily office, warehouse, and customer service operations within a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, assisting with shipping and order processing, and communicating with customers regarding order status and inquiries.The ideal candidate is bilingual, highly organized, and capable of multitasking while delivering excellent service and supporting overall operational efficiency. Oversee daily office operations, including data entry, filing, and the maintenance of accurate records for warehouse activities. Lead and coordinate the office administrative staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards. Assist the Warehouse and Customer Service departments with shipping documents, inventory records, and order processing.Maintain professional communication regarding order status and inquiries, ensuring the high standards of our brand partners are met. Prepare and review daily reports for management to track office productivity and operational accuracy. Resolve minor administrative issues and streamline office processes to improve overall facility efficiency.Job Requirements
MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish. Previous experience in an office leadership role, specifically within a 3PL (third-party logistics) or warehouse setting. Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment. Effective interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with staff and clients.Skilled in using office software (Excel, Outlook, Word) and familiar with logistics management systems. Candidates with extensive industry experience and higher salary requirements will be considered by the client.
