POSITION: Senior Industrial Engineer LOCATION: Trenton, SC WORK TYPE: Onsite SALARY: $85,000 - $100,000/yr TYPE: Permanent CATEGORY: Manufacturing / Mechanical JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities:• Leads projects or processes of diverse scope while working independently with limited supervision • Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals • Supports continuous improvement and automation activities • Establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel • Conducts cost, inventory, production control, and human factors studies to develop and implement plans for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods • Assists manufacturing plant and facilities engineers with facility planning and design • Supports relationshipsthrough strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders • Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: Education&Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 3 years of related experience with a master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
