We're partnering with a growing consumer goods retailer in Bennington, VT to conduct a search for an energetic and motivated Sales Associate. Position Details:

Title: Sales Associate

Location: Bennington, VT (on-site retail role)

Key Responsibilities:

Create a welcoming, no-pressure shopping environment for customers

Engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend solutions

Process sales orders, schedule deliveries, and assist with financing questions

Continuously grow product and sales knowledge through training and development

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve shared goals

Qualifications:

High-energy, people-first mindset

Coachable and eager to learn

Strong communication and attention to detail

Basic computer and math skills

Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and retail holidays

Desire for a stable work/life balance with a 40-hour workweek

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary + weekly shared commissions

$1,150 training stipend during the first 30 days

Full benefits package and 15 days PTO
