Our firm is currently seeking an energetic, reliable, motivated legal assistant with Estate Planning and/or Estate Administration experience.

Compensation:
$45,000 - $55,000 yearly Responsibilities:

* High level of client contact
* Drafting correspondence
* Managing attorney calendars
* Scheduling/confirming appointments
* Maintaining case notes

Qualifications:

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen sense of urgency
* Highly organized and exceptionally detail-oriented
* Skilled at multi-tasking with a high degree of efficiency
* Strong communication skills via telephone, email, or in-person
* Ability to think critically and proactively, and remain effective under pressure
* Problem-solving capabilities with regard to workflow obstacles
* Collaborative team player as well as a self-motivated independent agent
* High degree of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
* Pleasant demeanor and an outgoing personality with a client service focus
