AsaMobileRepairMechanic,youwillberesponsibleforperformingon-sitemaintenance,diagnostics,andrepairsonawiderangeofvehiclesandequipment,ensuringtheyremainsafeandoperateefficiently.Theidealcandidatewillbringastrongmechanicalbackground,excellentproblem-solvingskills,andtheabilitytoworkbothindependentlyandwithateam,whileconsistentlydeliveringexceptionalcustomerservice.
EssentialFunctions:
1. Protectfamilyandfriends.
FollowallCompanySafetyPoliciesandProceduresaswellasOccupationalSafetyandHealthAdministration(OSHA)regulationsandguidelines.Supportbusinessactivities,objectives,andprograms.Maintainasafeworkenvironment.Organizeandmaintaincleanworkarea.CleanshopareafreeofhazardsasmandatedbyOSHAregulations.Respondtoemergencybreakdownsorequipmentfailureson-siteinatimelymanner.
2. Mastery.
Traveltojoblocationstoserviceequipmentbytroubleshootingissues,performinginspections,repairs,andinstallationsefficiently.Remainopentonewwaysofdoingthings-activelyexperiment,leveragetechnology,andengagenewideas.
3. Resultsmatter.
Showdeterminationanddriveingettingthejobdonewithhighqualityoutcomes.Ensureequipmentisproperlyrepairedonatimelybasis.PerformcompleteinspectionsofequipmentandreportrepairsissuestoEquipmentManager.Inspectandtroubleshootmechanical,electrical,andhydraulicsystemsofheavyequipmentincludingheavyminingequipment,loaders,haultrucks,asphaltpavers,rollers,millingmachines,andotherrelatedmachinery.
4. Dedication.
Keepaccurateanddetailedrecordsofrepairs,diagnostics,partsused,andservicesperformed.
Completeallrequiredpaperworkonatimelybasis.
5. Committedtoserve.
Performregularpreventativemaintenance,repairs,andoverhaulsonvarioustypesofheavymachineryandvehicles.
6. Ownershipandcaring.
Identifyfaultycomponentsandreplaceworn-outordamagedparts(engineparts,transmissions,hydrauliccomponents,etc.).
7. Measurement.
Maintainaccuraterecordsofrepairs,maintenance,andservicesperformed,alongwithinventorymanagementforpartsandtools.
8. Respectandengage.
Workcloselywithotherteammembersandmanagementtoprioritizeandcompleteworkefficiently.
Requirements,EducationandExperience:
1.0-2yearsofexperienceintheservicerepairindustry(Auto/HeavyTruckandEquipmentexperiencepreferred)
2.Musthavevaliddriver'slicense.
3.Knowledgeofgasanddieselengines,hydraulicandelectricalsystems.
4.Comfortableworkinginafast-paced,high-pressureenvironment.
5.Flexibilitytomeetthecompany'sneeds.
6.LegalrighttoworkintheU.S.

Thispositionworksonornearmovingmechanicalpartsandloudequipment.Requirestheabilitytositorstandforlongperiodsoftimeaswellaslifting,pulling,bending,kneeling,squatting,climbing,walking,reaching,driving,andrepetitivemotion.
Onoccasionthejobwillrequiregoingoutinthefieldandvariousplantsandquarries.
