Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Job Summary This full-time remote position is for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is ready to provide therapy in a telehealth setting. The role focuses on meeting with clients virtually, understanding their concerns, creating thoughtful care plans, and helping them make steady progress. You will work with clients from a private remote workspace while maintaining the same clinical standards expected in a traditional therapy setting. Location: New York Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Meet with clients for remote therapy appointments Provide clinical support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, stress, and relationship challenges Complete intake assessments and gather relevant psychosocial history Build treatment plans that reflect client goals and clinical needs Maintain organized and timely documentation Monitor client safety and follow appropriate reporting or escalation procedures Use telehealth systems, online documentation tools, and secure communication platforms Uphold state licensing requirements, confidentiality rules, and ethical standards Requirements Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active New York LCSW license in good standing Previous clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services Strong documentationand clinical assessment skills Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Reliable internet connection and a private workspace Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and care Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If youare an LCSW looking for a steady remote role where you can focus on meaningful client care, we encourage you to submit your application and take the next step in your clinical career.
