Class A CDL Dedicated Driver - Taking NEW CDL Graduates, Bennington

Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated refrigerated (53') grocery account running the Eastern regional lanes. Candidates with at least six months recent OTR/regional experience are encouraged to apply; new CDL graduates who completed an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours) are also eligible and will enter a paid trainee program. Compensation and benefits $1,500–$1,700 per week Pay per mile: $0.69–$0.81 Training pay: $650 for drivers with under 6 months OTR/regional experience Stop pay: $10 for first stop; $15 for each additional stop Short-haul pay: $25 for loads under 50 miles Full benefits (medical, dental, 401(k), PTO) begin after 30 days Job details Equipment: 53' refrigerated trailers (no-touch freight; mix of drop-and-hook and live store load/unloads) Trainee program: 4–6 weeks with an OTR mentor before solo operations Schedule: Eastern regional routes; 7-day operation with day or night driving as required; weekend time off may not be guaranteed during certain 1–2 week periods (options available to discuss) Average expected mileage: approximately 1,700 miles per week Minimum qualifications Valid Class A CDL and minimum age 21 Either at least 6 months recent OTR/regional driving experience or graduation from an accredited truck driving school (≥120 hours) Fairly clean driving record: no major accidents, major violations, or license suspensions within the past 5 years Not terminated from last employment for safety-related reasons No recent DUI convictions; certain felony or misdemeanor convictions within the last 5 years may disqualify—each offense will be reviewed for safety-related concerns Demonstrated stable work history (examples: at least 6 months of employment in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years; reasonable exceptions for schooling/training may apply) Must pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens and any required federal/company background checks Candidates residing in the Buffalo, Boston, or New York City areas are not eligible for this position Beast Mode Truckin offers a structured dedicated account with consistent freight, paid training for new drivers, and benefits after 30 days to support driver safety and stability.
