POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Responsibilities:

The I T Business Analyst I will collaborate closely with our Business Relationship Managers in understanding partner departments ' requirements, analyzing business processes, and facilitating the delivery of I T solutions that align with our partner departments strategic o b jectives. T he BA I plays a key role in bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders, ensur i ng that IT solutions meet the needs of our partner departments and contribute to the i r success.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related fields.

At least 2 yea rs of experience involving systems a dministra tion, business a nalysis, databa se administration, or enterprise resource planning systems, prefera bly a client-facing role

Strong a nalytica l a nd problem-solving skills with the a bility to understand complex business

requirements and tra nslate them into technica l solutions.

Strong written, verbal, presentation, and organizati onal skills.
