Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tucson, AZ, for a Staff Accountant.
The Staff Accountant will be responsible for preparing the accounting closing, analyzing accounting data, and maintaining detailed records.
Day-to-day tasks include overseeing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, assisting with property financial management, and collaborating with team members to ensure compliance with financial standards and company policies.
Qualifications
Proficiency in accounting reports, maintaining detailed accounting records, and preparing bank reconciling en multi-entities.
Experience managing a high volume of transactions in a multi-entity environment, including receivables, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations
Skills in high details analysis, budgeting, and property accounting management
Familiarity with accounting software, AppFolio, or similar platforms, and strong proficiency in MS Excel
Knowledge of GAAP principles and financial compliance standards
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
