divh2Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk/h2pCaine Weiner is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk to join our growing accounting team at Barr Credit Services in Tucson, AZ.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with accounting software and a strong understanding of accrual-based accounting principles.
This position will be responsible for managing accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR) functions, preparing, and posting journal entries, and assisting with month-end close processes and other projects as needed and assigned.

/liliMaintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
/liliAssist with accrual-based accounting tasks, ensuring all expenses and revenues are appropriately recognized.
/liliPerform various reconciliations, including bank and vendor reconciliations.
/liliUtilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, including working with VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables to streamline reporting and analysis.
