Convert warm introductions into signed clients using a structured handoff process Represent home sellers: pricing strategy, listing presentation, marketing plan, showings, negotiation, contract-to-close Represent home buyers: consultation, showings, offers, negotiation, timeline management, communication through closingBuild a long-term pipeline through database follow-up, market updates, equity reviews, and referral systems Work closely with internal operations and transaction support to ensure clean, compliant transactions Requirements

Active Arizona Real Estate License (or currently in process of obtaining it) Ability to work in Tucson / Pima County and meet clients as needed Basic competency with contracts, timelines, and client communication Strong follow-up habits and comfort using a CRM and digital tools Ideal Candidate
