As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: Offering timely assistance to clients via email and ticketing systems Explaining our insurance products and services to clients in a clear manner Managing policy changes, processing claims, and handling payments Resolving customer complaints or escalating them when necessary Ensuring client records are up to date in our system Supporting the Sales team by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills. You must be able to listen attentively to customers and offer thoughtful solutions. Attention to detail and organizational skills are key to keeping customer records accurate.
