Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Start your career with ImageFIRST by joining our Maintenance Team as a Custodian/Environmental Tech in Bartlesville, Oklahoma!
The Custodian/Environmental Tech is an industrial cleaning position. The tech will be responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the production facilities and will provide assistance where needed.
Schedule: Full Time. Monday - Friday. 11:00am - 8:00pm
Pay: $16.00/hour
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 to 2 years' custodial experience in a manufacturing, production, or service industry facility.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Must be able to provide ID/Employment Verification documents.
Must be able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment.
Must be comfortable working around chemicals and other cleaning products.
Must have strong organizational, social, and communication skills.
Must be self-motivated and able to complete tasks with little or no supervision.
Must be comfortable working independently.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to regularly stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and reach.
Must be able to frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
Must be able to push/pull linen bins/carts that weigh 100 pounds or more.
Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment.
Must be willing and able to utilize safety equipment, such as protective eyewear, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats.
Essential Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Keeping all production facilities clean and tidy
Cleaning production facilities' floors by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and/or scrubbing as needed
Dusting machines, equipment, walls, and furniture
Gathering and emptying trash
Moving product as needed to facilitate production processes
Performing daily equipment upkeep and safety inspections
Performing basic routine upkeep and light facilities repairs, such as painting
Servicing, cleaning, and supplying restrooms
Understanding, observing, and adhering to all safety procedures and policies
Assisting and performing other duties as assigned
