Manufacturing Staff Accountant, Oklahoma

Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Staff Accountant to join a well-established manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional with a strong background in financial operations and manufacturing accounting. In this role, you'll be part of a stable, collaborative team where expertise is valued, and your contributions will directly support the company's ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries

Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis

Process customer and vendor invoices, along with cash receipts

Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper audit documentation

Maintain and update accounting records with precision and attention to detail

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

4+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience preferred)

Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle is a plus

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
