Job Description

SIXT is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Information Systems People Administration Data Specialist to join our People and Culture Team. This role focuses on administrative tasks related to employee data management and plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our HR Information Systems and therefore employee and managers’ ability to perform their tasks with correctly assigned permissions and set ups. 

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

You manage and oversee the complete system enrollment process for new hires to ensure a seamless and successful onboarding experience, collaborating with managers and departments

You review, extract, and audit data from various HR, Time, and Payroll systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency across all platforms

You perform weekly data updates, including processing new hires, promotions, and employee changes, in collaboration with Managers and People & Culture departments

You lead efforts in maintaining data integrity across interconnected systems by identifying, correcting, and preventing discrepancies, and provide continuous improvement recommendations

You assist with HR-related system queries, generate and manage employee reports, and perform system configurations as necessary

You work closely with HR and operations department leaders to consult on business process improvements, conduct data-driven analysis, and support strategic decision-making through data collection, validation, and modeling

YOUR SKILLS MATTER 

Experience You have 2-3 years experience in an administrative or HR support role 

Education You have a bachelor’s degree in (preferred) 

Technical Proficiency You have experience with Workday and UKG (preferred), are proficient in navigating computer systems, including Microsoft Office Applications, and excel in handling numerical and analytical data, with skills in creating and cleaning large data sets

Soft Skills You demonstrate strong organizational skills, can multi-task effectively, and have strong attention to detail and accuracy    

Commitment to Excellence You are goal-driven, able to manage multiple tasks, and a critical thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present data and insights to both non-technical and executive audiences

Compensation : $55,000 - $60,000
