Description:
The Maintenance Technician provides industrial maintenance support to ensure the safe and effective troubleshooting and repair of systems comprised of PLCs, motor controls, electrical wiring, AC inverters, DC controllers, and industrial mechanical systems including pneumatics, bearings, seals, gears, chains operation of the production facility.
Key responsibilities include automated equipment setup, teardown, and sprockets.
The use of shop machinery and normal industrial tools for repair purposes supports fulfillment of these responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be proficient in at least

of the following areas and have basic knowledge of the others:
Automated equipment setup, teardown and repair
PLC troubleshooting •Maintenance and repair of motor controls, general industrial wiring and hardware, and electrical troubleshooting •Maintenance and repair of AC inverters, DC controllers and servers
Strong electrical skill set
Maintenance and repair of mechanical systems including pneumatics, bearings, seals, gears, chains, sprockets, pipe fitting, and appropriate lubrication of mechanical systems
