About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Operations for its construction division to lead the expansion into the OKC market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full P&L, hiring, and business development in the region.
This role is pivotal as the company establishes its presence in OKC, and the ideal candidate should have deep roots in the area, with a proven network of contacts to leverage from day one.
The VP of Operations will be tasked with building and leading a local team, overseeing end-to-end project management, and ensuring compliance with local building regulations and laws.
Strong leadership, time management, and stakeholder skills are essential, as is experience with project spends of $30M and above, and proficiency in Procore and other scheduling software.
Applicants for the VP of Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a GC environment, with a clear understanding of the fast-paced, day-to-day operations of a general contractor.
