Job Titles Oversee procedures of Human Resources, including but not limited to: Policy and procedural updates Maintain positive relationships with management Hearing employee grievances and resolving them while also counseling employees and supervisors Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting audits; maintaining records; collaborating with Zeeco General Counsel.
