Responsibilities
Process and verify invoices and payments for accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Prepare and submit reports related to accounts payable and receivable activities.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable is highly desirable.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
