Responsibilities Adhere to established department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. Must maintain the strictest confidence of any and all confidential information disclosed by a Cactus Pete's entity. Role models appropriate internal and external guest service at all times.Safeguards assets of the company. Verifies jackpots, fills hoppers, tickets, completes and signs slot payout forms. Verifies and reconciles banks at shift change. Attends to minor machine tilts/repairs. Ensures compliance with Federal Currency Transaction reporting regulations. Oversees the re-filling of slot fill banks.Exchanges bills for bill acceptors. Job tasks must be finished in a timely manner according to department standards. Requirements

Excellent guest service skills. Ability to count money and make change. Basic math skills. High School diploma or equivalent preferred Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate. Must be 21 years of age.
