Sawtooth Wood Products is hiring Fence Crew Members to join our team building high-quality residential and commercial fences throughout the Wood River Valley.We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in building quality projects. Experience in fencing, construction, landscaping, concrete, or carpentry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.This is steady, hands-on work with opportunities to grow into leadership positions within the company. Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly Responsibilities: Build wood, metal, and custom fencesSet posts, pour concrete, and install fence materialsLoad and unload tools and materialsOperate hand tools and power tools safelyAssist with layout, measuring, and site preparationMaintain clean and organized job sitesWork efficiently with crew members and crew leadersFollow safety procedures and company standardsRepresent Sawtooth Wood Products professionally on job sites Qualifications: Construction or outdoor labor experience preferredFence installation experience is a plus but not requiredAbility to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all weather conditionsReliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferredStrong work ethic and ability to work physically throughout the dayDependable, punctual, and team-orientedAbility to follow directions and learn quickly About Company We are a locally owned group of businesses serving the Wood River Valley, focused on providing essential services to homeowners, contractors, and businesses.
