Accounting Assistant
The Accounting Assistant is dedicated to balancing and reconciling a growing list of customer accounts on a daily basis, requiring daily interaction with customers.
This position is also responsible for assisting with tracking and paying received invoices and statements.
Build good relationships with NAPA employees and outside vendors.
Posts payments to customer accounts.
Pay bills on time.
Produces weekly/monthly account receivable statements.
Reconciles past due statements and sends collections letters to customers.
