Provide excellent customer service over the phone Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls Assist customers with questions, account information, and issue resolution Follow up with customers regarding accounts and past-due balances Process loan applications and perform data entry Maintain accurate customer records and documentationBuild strong customer relationships through professional communication What We're Looking For

Customer service experience preferred (1+ year) Strong phone communication skills and confidence speaking with customers Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and active listening skills Basic computer and data entry skills Bilingual (English required, Spanish preferred)Schedule

8-hour day shifts MondaySaturday (one weekday off) Saturday availability required Benefits
