The Experienced HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing residential HVAC systems. This role requires strong technical skills in system diagnostics and electrical systems, along with excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. The technician will provide emergency service and ensure all work complies with safety protocols.

Responsibilities Perform maintenance on residential HVAC systems Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment and components Provide timely emergency service to customers Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and solutions Follow safety protocols during all service calls Use diagnostic tools to identify system malfunctions

Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in HVAC service Proficient in HVAC system diagnostics Knowledge of electrical systems and refrigeration cycle Skilled in preventive maintenance procedures Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills Effective time management abilitiesAdherence to safety protocols Experience using diagnostic tools Physical stamina for demanding tasks

Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent
