Systems Engineer I Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $20.00 to $24.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Provide remote and onsite IT support to clients
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair hardware/software
• Support desktops, servers, printers, and network devices
• Assist with Active Directory, Office 365, backups, and cybersecurity
• Configure firewalls, VPNs, and networked devices
• Support virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware
• Work with routers, switches, VoIP systems, and wireless networks
• Document work performed and follow company procedures

Systems Engineer I Qualifications:

• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Experience with Windows environments, networking, and hardware repair
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, antivirus, and backups
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• CompTIA A+ Certification or higher preferred
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
