Compensation:
The full-time equivalent salary range for this role is $70,000$80,000 annually, prorated for the 6-month assignment, along with benefits during the assignment period.
Were partnering with a leading global investment firm to hire an Administrative Associate for their Midtown NYC office.

What youll be doing:
Coordinate day-to-day catering and food services for meetings and events
Manage vendor communication, dietary needs, and order logistics
Set up and break down conference rooms, ensuring spaces are fully prepped before and after meetings
Handle hands-on tasks including food setup, cleanup, and maintaining shared spaces (pantry, conference rooms, etc.)
Support broader office operations, including reception coverage and ad hoc admin/facilities support
What theyre looking for:
~13 years of experience in hospitality, catering, events, or administrative support
Exposure to a corporate environment (or interest in transitioning into one)
Highly detail-oriented with a strong execution mindset able to follow direction closely and deliver consistently
Polished, professional, and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
Team-oriented and adaptable, with a willingness to be hands-on
