Dispatch Manager, Weehawken

We are currently seeking an experienced Truck Dispatch Manager to join our growing transportation team.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily truck dispatch operations and driver coordination
* Handle freight rate quotes and negotiate with brokers/customers
* Plan and optimize routes to ensure efficient deliveries
* Monitor shipments and resolve operational issues in real time
* Maintain strong communication with drivers, customers, and partners
Qualifications
* Previous experience in trucking dispatch or transportation operations required
* Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred) required
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of trucking logistics and routing preferred
