Our client a financial services firm located in Midtown is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Human Resources team.
This is a great opportunity to be exposed to HR and support talent management, onboarding and operations.

Role: Executive Assistant to Human Resources
Location: Midtown - 4 days in the office and 1 day (Friday) WFH
Hours: 8am-6pm
Salary: $90k-$110k base DOE
Degree: Required
Responsibilities
Coordinate onboarding for new hires and set up onboarding workflows
Manage offboarding processes
Ensure accurate and timely data entry across HR system
Manage calendars, schedule interviews and conference calls, and coordinate conference room logistics
Arrange travel and itineraries for candidates, including flights, hotels, and car services, as needed
Requirements
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a professional office environment; financial services experience preferred
