Resort Banquet Chef
to join its expanding hospitality team. This group is embarking on its largest expansion in 30 years, and we are seeking a visionary Banquet Chef to lead their world-class culinary operations.

Beyond the kitchen, you will partner with Sales and Catering teams to develop special events and enhance the guest journey. The Impact You'll Make: As the Banquet Chef, you are the architect of unforgettable moments. You will: Lead&Mentor:
Identify the culinary team's developmental needs and provide consistent coaching, mentoring, and technical training. Innovate : Prepare daily menus, develop innovative recipes, and manage a current recipe binder with plating guides and photography. Manage Operations : Provide oversight for day-to-day banquet kitchen operations, ensuring seamless plating and high-quality food production.Control Performance:
Manage labor costs, staffing levels, and physical inventory to meet budgetary and operational objectives. What You Bring to the Table Experience : Minimum of five years of relevant culinary experience. Preference is given to those with a background in high-volume, four- or five-star operations. Leadership : At least four years of supervisory experience specifically overseeing banquet operations.Technical Proficiency : Strong mathematical and literacy skills for budgeting and payroll, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry software. Safety&Sanitation : A commitment to maintaining strict health codes and "satisfactory ratings" across all sanitation regulations. Adaptability : Ability to perform in demanding environments with extreme temperature fluctuations and high-decibel noise. Logistics : A valid driver's license and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Compensation&Benefits Salary : $85,000 - $95,000 (OTE $110k) Security : 401(k) with company match.
